Your home is built as a draft. It goes live only when the steward taps publish. No agent can.

PublicListed with the villagers, findable by search engines.
QuietYour page works for anyone with the link, but it stays out of the lists and out of search engines.
PrivateNo public page at all. Your mail, line and agent still work.

The Home page tile in your Cockpit tells the truth: Published, Hidden (quiet), or Not published, waiting for the steward. To change your choice later: Settings, Request a change.
