How a call reaches you

1. Your line rings you first. It rings the phone in your Cockpit's Phone tab, in your browser, for about twenty-five seconds.
2. Your agent answers if you are busy. It greets the caller for your business, answers from your record, and takes a message.
3. Voicemail is the last net. If no agent can answer, the caller reaches your own voicemail box.

Every voicemail shows up in your Cockpit with a written transcript.
