  1. You ask. Fill in the short form at kauaidigitalvillage.com/join. Short answers are fine. You pick how seen you want to be: open door, quiet listing, or private for now.
  2. You confirm your email. One tap on the link we send. Then a person, the steward, reads your request, usually within 48 hours, and may write back.
  3. Talk story with Lono. Lono, the village host (an AI helper), phones you to learn your work: what you do, who it is for, why it matters to you. Your answers are written down while we talk, and you get a recap to confirm.
  4. Your keys are cut. Village email, your sign-in, your phone line, your agent and your Cockpit. Each one is tried before we call it done.
  5. Your home is built as a draft. You shape it in the Cockpit before anyone sees it. It goes public only when the steward taps publish, and only the way you chose.
